Teddy Bear Zuchons
Calvin with my daughter Emily
Sharing your life with a Zuchon is one of those little life blessings that you can't imagine life without.

Dear Corinne and Mike,
Coco is the most perfect puppy in every way! She is a constant delight — playful, eager, loving and smart. Every day we remark on how we won the lottery with her!
She is sleeping in her crate in our room each night and is now logging 9 hours, sometimes with a quick pee break and sometimes straight through. She wakes up eager for her Kefir and our coffee time together, an energetic play, her breakfast, and then collapses under a chair of her morning nap. See below for photos taken this morning which document this schedule!
Coco is amazing with the litter box. She knows what to do and where to do it and has only had a very few accidents...but if she didn’t, hey, we’d worry about her!
I took her to see the vet yesterday. It was pouring rain but we walked the short distance with her in a cozy shoulder bag. She did great and it was good to meet the vet who will be caring for her. It turns out the that she is the daughter of old friends of ours. Coco now weighs 4 lbs. and is a healthy little girl. She will have her second set of vaccinations in two weeks.
Your love and care shines through in her and we thank you for all you do!
Merry Christmas from COCO
I just wanted to say a big thank you in the care you’ve taken with your pups. The litter box training is a god send ~ an absolute treat. This little boy has had one accident in 5 days and that was on his first night ~ it’s remarkable to not have to fuss with potty time out of the gate. Today we made our way to Calgary and he was an absolute love the entire day. Not a peep out of him. I am so in love with this little man. His personality is sweet with a dash of devil. His appetite is good, he is playful and yet so loving. I am so happy I found you and chose one of your pups.
Once again thank you and all the best.
Hard to believe Clive has been in our lives for 5 weeks. I am so in love with this little boy. We are fast friends. He is sleeping through the night. We are now comfortably able to leave him for a couple of hours in his safe space where he is content and happy to play or sleep. The litter box training a god send. We had our first groom today and he couldn’t be handsomer. The groomer said he was cooperative and well behaved. I just wanted to say thank you. I feel fortunate to have found you and your pups. I heard something a long time ago that has always stuck with me. “When baking a cake you can’t add the sugar later” he had to start his journey in a happy loving home to have turned out to be such a happy loving pup. My hubby says since Clive came into our lives I look so much happier and content. I have found my rhythm again.
We will have a wonderful time ~ many thanks Corinne and Mike I feels so blessed.
He is lovely pup. We are becoming fast friends already. Take care and will keep you up to date on his progress.
Benji (my daughters dog) and Calvin.
Benny has arrived save and sound.
OMG he is small. We forgot how small they can be at this age.
He had some food and treats and as we speak having some quiet time with us. Will sent pictures in a few days. I am sure, if remember right the first few nights are a right off lol, wish us luck....

Here are a couple of photos of Benny in his new home. Little bit of crying which is understandable but nothing to really speak of. He goes to vet on Monday for his first visit. Doing titer test and familiarize the vet with him. The vet is 5 minutes from our house. Will keep you posted on his progress.

Hope the video works?? It’s Calvin in the snow..so cute
Just a quick email to say Zoe is doing great on all fronts. We started working with a trainer and she’s such a quick learner. She’s added so much joy to our lives and we are so grateful to have her with us.
Wanted to let you know as well that we’ve booked an appointment to get her spayed in November. I’ll send you the confirmation afterwards.
Hope all is well on your end.
It has been a month, so I can safely say that we have had a little angel from a different planet. CoCo is doing very well, but four humans and one existing dog could not be happier.
Yes, you were right! Everything she does is cute and discipline words are very hard to be said.
Thanks you and I will talk to you soon!
Our references pages are arranged from the most recent (2018) to our oldest (2003).
Love the soccer ball!
Hi Corinne and Mike,
It’s been a while since we’ve been in touch and I hope all is well with you. We are continuing to have a fantastic time with Coco. She got her certificate from puppy class this week and her first all-over grooming so it’s been a big week for her. And isn’t she growing? She’s full of fun and love and we can’t imagine how we managed without her in our lives!
We’re planning to take her on her second plane trip next month, to California to visit my sister who has a small dog too. So, you can see that she and we are thriving...just thought you’d like to know that.
With warm regards,
All contents (written, photos, videos) provided on our References pages 1 to 8 are the actual updates we received from our fantastic fur families. Unaltered with prior permission via written consent to use.
Corinne and Mike,
Just a quick update about our girl. Mabel is doing well and I thank you every day for such a sweet puppy. She spent over two weeks on the boat with us and did fabulous. She was a little nervous at first getting used to all the new noises and smells and also learning what to do when we are busy docking. She charmed the men at the locks when we went into Lake Union in Seattle, they even threw her a milk bone as she stood watch on the bow (I broke off a small piece and threw the rest away??). She was so good for us, using her litter box when needed and letting us know she had to go. She completely won Mike over on this trip.
I wanted to let you know that Mabel had her spay yesterday and she is sporting her post-op attire! My daughter thought she needed something spunky for her recovery and this eliminates the “lampshade”, as we call it. I do not have an actual spay certificate but I can send a copy of my bill if you require any proof. She is doing well, but keeping this active pup quiet for 10 days will be a real challenge!
As you can see we keep her trimmed fairly short, this fits in with our lifestyle better than the longer look. It keeps her cleaner when we hike and easier to dry after a rainy walk when we are on the boat. We get stopped everywhere with people commenting on how cute she is and what a wonderful color. I must say we are smitten. A couple of times while we were walking around in Victoria, Mike would wait outside with Mabel while I popped into a shop. Well all the young ladies would stop and ooh and ahh over Mabel, so Mike as decided she is a great “babe magnet”! ??
I have included some photos, the first is on the boat and the other two are her recovery suit.
I hope that all is well with you and that all your pups are doing great.
By all means you may use Clive and I
on your reference page. I honestly don’t
think there will be any room left on “the cloud”
if I don’t stop recording every time he looks
so darned cute. On another note he must feel
happy safe and comfortable here with us.
The last two nights he has been placed in his safe space to sleep at 9pm ~ wakes around 12am for a pee and a cuddle I sit with him drink a tea with him quietly for about 20 minutes ~ he falls back to sleep and not a peep til 7am. Fingers crossed we can keep it up ??
Coco made it home. She is just adorable and already seems right at home.
Here is a picture for you
